Are you ready? Our newest program is about to launch and it is going to be CRAZY FUN

Muscle Burns Fat (#mbf) and Muscle Burns Fat Advanced (#mbfa) are coming soon! I had the chance to try out a sample workout and I am so excited to dive into the entire program - it is going to be a game changer! 




#mbf and #mbfa Program Basics:

  • Trainer: Megan Davies 
  • Intensity: Beginner - Intermediate/Advanced 
  • Program Length: 3 weeks each (Total of 6 weeks)
  • Time Commitment: 25-40 minutes, 7 days/week
  • Equipment Needed: Light, Medium, and Heavy Weights + BOD rope 
  • Best For: Weight loss, gaining lean muscle
  • Release Date: July 7th, 2020

Who is Megan Davies?



Super Trainer Megan Davies is the creator of #mbf and #mbfa. Megan began her career as a personal trainer in college. She spent years training clients and expanding her skills, earning certifications from the NSCA and the Fitness Institute International, and opening her own gym. After winning the Beachbody fitness reality show, The 20s, Megan was chosen as the next Beachbody Super Trainer to create her first program, Clean Week. Megan is a great trainer and has an upbeat attitude that will help you power through any workout! 





#mbf & #mbfa FAQs

#mbf (Muscle Burns Fat) and #mbfa (Muscle Burns Fat Advanced) is a 2 part program. These two 3 week programs are designed to be completed back-to-back and include 42 unique workouts, so you will never complete the same workout twice. 

You will start with #mbf, a beginner/intermediate level workout, and throughout those 3 weeks, Megan will get you ready to take on the more challenging #mbfa! 


What kind of workouts will the program have?

Monday/Wednesday/Friday - Strength Days 

Tuesday/Thursday - Cardio Days

Saturday - Power Ignite (EMOM - Every Minute on the Minute)

Sunday - Dynamic Recovery 

* There are also a couple of bonus workouts included like: On the Go workouts (no equipment workouts so you can stay track when away from home), and 10 minute bonus workouts you can add on to any day for an extra burn. *

10 Rounds - COMING SOON!







I am BEYOND excited that this program is about to drop!


 Boxing is one of the fitness world's best kept secrets. Stepping into a boxing gym with no prior experience can be really intimidating! 

Now you can train in the comfort of your own home! 


Here are the basics of the program: 

  • 6 week program
  • 5 workouts a week: 3 boxing days/2 lifting days 
  • Boxing workouts are broken up into 10 rounds that are 3 minutes each - focusing on punching combinations and footwork that progress throughout the 6 weeks 
  • Workouts will range from 30-40 minutes 

Joel will teach you how every move actually begins at your feet, moves up through your hips, uses your core, and explodes all the way through your fists. With every punch you use your entire body- scorching calories and toning. This program is built around the simple and precise movements of boxing- without the impact! You won’t be using a sparring partner or hitting a heavy bag- instead you will train the way real boxers do- with shadowboxing!


The 3 boxing days are combined with conditioning drills that help build:
  • Power
  • Speed/Agility
  • Endurance
The 2 days of weight lifting workouts include: 
  • Upper Body (to build strength/power)
  • Lower Body/Legs ( since every punch starts at the feet)
And of course, there is awesome music in every workout to help keep you moving and give you the energy to keep going! 


MEET THE TRAINER! WHO IS JOEL FREEMAN?



Joel is one of my FAVORITE Beachbody super trainer- he is SO nice and the energy that he brings is next level! From Core de Force to LIIFT4, I have been doing Joel programs for years now!

Joel has been in the industry for over 15 years as a trainer, manager of a gym and program creator. He has a passion for teaching that really helps you master proper form in his programs- ensuring amazing results. He loves to combine cardio and strength and is just so motivating!







When can I get started?

March 9- Sample Workout Available


March 16- 10 Rounds Available for Coaches / VIP Customers


April 6- 10 Rounds Available for Customers



What equipment is required? 

  • Light, medium, and heavy weights for the lifting portion
  • 12" resistance bands (included in your package) 
  • Small towel

What kind of support will I have?

Joel Freeman will be hosting a VIP Coach group starting on March 16th. If you are not a Coach yet - don't worry! You can become one so you can start early! 

Customers - I will be running a Customer group on April 6th. Meal plans, daily check ins, and all of the motivation you need will be provided! I love test groups and can not wait to start!
